Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Vanilla extract, to taste
Instructions:
- Combine oats, plant-based milk, water, peanut butter caramel, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Lightly grease the skillet with oil, add the diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve the oatmeal with cooked apples on top.
