- 8 oz pineapple, diced
- 3 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 oz blueberries
- Mint leaves, to garnish
- 2 oz pea protein powder
Instructions:
- Combine banana, pineapple, milk, protein powder, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Puree until smooth and pour the smoothie into bowls.
- Decorate each bowl with some blueberries, mint leaves and coconut flour.
