  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 oz blueberries
  • Mint leaves, to garnish
  • 2 oz pea protein powder

Instructions:

  • Combine banana, pineapple, milk, protein powder, and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth and pour the smoothie into bowls.
  • Decorate each bowl with some blueberries, mint leaves and coconut flour.
